Reducing Our Environmental Footprint
Understanding our impact was the first step. That’s why we partnered with ClimatePartner, a leading sustainability consultant, to measure and offset our carbon footprint. We’re proud to have earned the ClimatePartner Certified label, but we know the work doesn’t stop there. We’re continuously adapting our practices to minimise our environmental impact and build a more sustainable future.
2-for-1 Initiative
Since May 2023, we’ve expanded our efforts with the 2-for-1 initiative. Through our partnership with Hometree, a charity focused on rewilding the west of Ireland and restoring biodiversity, we’re making a direct impact. For every first-round candidate interview, two trees are planted—helping to rebuild ecosystems and create a greener future.
