- Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to create marketing content that communicates brand objectives and product value
- Support visual design needs across internal and external communications, including sales decks, brochures, banners, website graphics, event branding, and game release assets
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and strategic planning
- Help develop a Center of Excellence for Marketing, contributing to scalable design systems and global consistency
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and budgets
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and are optimized for both digital and print formats

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative approach
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in casino gaming or iGaming is desirable but not essential
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
