Recruitment Manager- Data Centre Practice

Mark joined our GemPool Infrastructure team last July and has progressed to IT Lead for the practice. He has been managing some of our key accounts with our infrastructure clients, focused on data centre roles covering operatives, technicians to engineers ranging from security to optical teams. Having come from a retail management background, he has a strong understanding of client/candidate experience and ensures that everyone involved has a positive and meaningful experience.
