Job Description

Site Engineer – Data Center Operations

Dublin | Full-time | Upto €66,000 + shift allowance

We’re hiring a Site Engineer with 2+ years’ experience to support critical data center operations in Dublin. You’ll monitor and maintain infrastructure systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC) and ensure smooth, safe 24/7 performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain site systems
• Support shift operations and vendor coordination
• Ensure safety and operational compliance

Shift Pattern:

12-hour shifts (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am) on a 24/7 rotation
Includes nights, weekends, and generous rest days

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of critical systems (power, cooling, etc.)
• Relevant trade or engineering qualification preferred
• Willingness to work shift patterns
